Welcome back every body and Happy New Year!!!
I hope you had a blast in these days and not being affected by any covid version; you and your people. Some friends of mine has been affected by Omicron Covid which have missed New Year Eve party and I am was sad about this; but hey, party can be happen no matter what day. :-P Now everyone is recovering and some of them is back to normal life.
In other news, WE ARE CHAMPIONS! OH YES OH YES! Promotion to Vanarama National League for 23/24 Season. We had that target for 22/23 and we have achieve it, but with no easy walk.
In other side, we have overspend in terms of wages to achieve that which led to see a decrease in manager profile for section “Managing Finances”, but for now I don’t pay so much attention to this. Other positive news is that I have achieve to convince the board to accept for my coaching courses; two of them and back to back. National B is on the way!
In terms of tactic, for 22/23 I have decided to give a go this one. Positive Tiki Taka by cptdoggo and as you can see we finished #1 (both senior & youth). The only change to this tactic was set-pieces and F9 to PF Support. For training it was completely new one, mostly testing something which had amazing results. In season 23/24 I am planning to use the same tactic and same training. If I will achieve the same results for training, then I will publish it, so stay tuned.
23/24 Targets
- Avoid relegation from Vanarama National League.
- Trying to be inside play-off promotion.
- Have another coaching course.
