As I promised, there will not be an endless stories here. So, in first — half season with my first managerial appointment; we have saved FC Victoria from relegation. It was hard times, in the verge of sack and morale down. Final table.
End of season, first priority: Clean the squad and sign free agents players. We have issues from financial; so buying is not an option, plus we have to reduce wage budget despite having 50.000 euros per week. We aiming much more quality (as we can), but with lower wage bill from 2021/2022.
Tactic wise: We need to be a little more aggressive, so tweaks will be happen. This time analyzing roles, combinations of player instructions and team instructions. Stay tuned for v.2 of my tactic.
Next year plan: Stabilize things. For example wage must be around 30.000 per week. Stabilize tactic. Place the team higher from 10th place. Training will remain the same.
