Welcome back, relax and enjoy! Today is my first post about my journeyman save, as I said in previous post it’s the only save which I am playing for a year (8 months approx.). So let’s start.
As always, in every Football Manager version; I am starting without any coaching badge and past playing experience as “Sunday League Footballer”; aiming to the top.
The way I am going to set up my nations & leagues is based on Pre-Game Editor data. Nations which is based on Game Importance, Economic Factor and Youth Rating. Greece why? Because I am from Greece and more details below. More imformation about having a league as “view only” or “playable” can be found here. Below it’s my way how I am setting up:
That’s it! I am ready to start and let’s see where that journey will end up. Here, you will not see managing teams like Man. Utd or Juventus or Liverpool or PSG etc. I am aiming to bring small club (-s) to the top and make them successful (in every area); but I have a dream: Always trying to manage my favorite club in real life, FC Aris Thessalonikis (that’s why Greek league in database). “Disable First Window Transfer Activity” is being enabled, to increase realism in first year.
Next update will be when I will found a job (in FM, lol)! Until then, enjoy my first tactic for FM22; plus next few days I will release my training, scouting etc as well.
