In this post, I will share with you; my way how I am treat shouts during the match. Shouts during the match affect morale and as we know, morale plays a good role for everything inside the game (match, managerial support, cohesion etc). So, during a match I am using this:
- Draw: Encourage (0–25 min mark)
- Draw: Demand More (rest of the match)
- Win (1 goal difference): Calm Down (1st half time)
- Win (2 goal difference): Praise
- Loss (1 goal difference): Demand More (usually 2nd half time)
- Loss (2 goal difference): Berate
This is my strategy for shouts in FM22.
Remember: Talking to players (as team & individually) increase your determination and motivating attributes. The higher motivating attribute as a manager, the more chance to influence players with low quality personalities.
