Position Rating
- All players must be Natural (20) in their positions. For example, the AMR player must be Natural in this position and not Accomplished or lower level.

That’s all. In general, physical attributes have bigger impact in match engine (ME) and personality matters. That’s because, hidden attributes like Professionalism, Pressure impact player performance; but does not impact the hidden CA number. I didn’t choose the Natural Fitness, which helps player to hold their physical attributes when it’s getting older, but my policy is to not sign players with age 28 and higher. Also helps in terms of recover from injury, recover condition between matches; but I am rotate properly.
