Hello, friends!
Here is my method of handling press conferences and media. Interaction with them, can motivate your players and keep them happy; and happy team is a winning team — and winning team is a happy team. Really important this.
Another tool at your disposal, attend press conferences and media, for increasing morale. In the past, I was delegating them to someone with high People Management and Motivating attributes, plus Media-Friendly Handling Style. Hey, found multiple times that X background staff was making comments about resting players after match or more serious “consider selling my X hot prospect” player. No bueno. So, I took the time to find a pattern which increase morale and build good relationships. Let’s dive in:
It’s very easy and simple. I don’t even look what they ask me for to be honest, but game behavior like to be a positive person. Seems logic, right? Positive vibes.
When you attend a press conference or media, you have some answers to choose. Positive, Neutral, Negative; 5–6 options overall. I am choosing always the 2nd option — positive from left side (next to Neutral) IF there is No Gesture. Like screenshot below:
When Gesture appears with Smile Warmly, I am choosing this gesture and again, 2nd option positive. Like screenshot below:
When Gesture with Point Finger appears, but not Smile Warmly; it is the only moment which I am choosing the Neutral option. Like screenshot below:

Respect Level:
Important Note: In order to build this level of happy with great respect, need time. Results here, is after 6–7 months to my save, with a team from Türkiye and attend in every press conference and media. It is important as well, to repeat the same and the same, because in Football Manager they ask the same and the same. Giannis about “same question”:
