Sit back, relax and enjoy! Training is very simple and not need overcomplicated things. I have already published a basic training for Football Manager 2024, which works ok; but I am testing frequently various things inside the game. I found that preset Gegenpress, with little tweak from my side, to work miracles in various teams with various facilities and coaches. Especially for Youth. General Advice
- Between 15–21 I don’t assign role or additional focus
- 22 y/o and higher, I am assign roles according to my tactic roles (no additional focus)
- Always look for Staff & Players:
- Model Citizen
- Model Professional
- Professional
- Perfectionist
- Resolute
- Spirited
- Fairly Professional (as last resort)
- Evasive (Media Handling Style)
- Unflappable (Media Handling Style)
- Reserved (Media Handling Style)
4. Coaching Assignments MUST BE LIGHT WORKLOAD
Pre Season
For Pre Season, I am using the default — preset from the game. Since Pre Season is very limited time, again not need any overcomplicated things. The preset works fine.
Normal — Early (First & Second Week)
Normal — Mid (Third Week)
Normal — Late (Fourth Week)
Go to Calendar, hit the drop-down menu and select PreSeason. As shown below.
